Its own DTC brand, telehealth, and pharmacy under one roof. Scaled fast on compounded GLP-1 — then the shortage ended, Novo Nordisk cut ties and sued over the compounded version, and the FDA pressed on DTC marketing. A pure brand: no retail, and it doesn't fulfill for anyone else.
Takeaway: explosive growth, but exposed when it leans on one category.
